Luna and Dianne's pictures of Savannah

Luna and I recently went through Savannah on the way home from dropping our dear brother, Jeff, at
the army base in North Carolina. We only had time to spend the afternoon there, but we had such a great time
These pictures are of some of the sights we saw during our short visit to the
fair city of Savannah.

I love this picture! Luna did a great job getting all of City Hall on the shot.
You can even see what street it's located on! (If you look real hard.) Luna is sitting
in front of the Customs building.

This is the Mercer House. This house was featured in the movie "Midnight in the Garden
Good and Evil". The movie was based on the true story of Jim Williams and Danny Hansforth. Jim
Williams was accused of killing Danny Hansforth in this house.

We had no idea they had horse drawn carriages in Savannah, until we almost got
run over by one. This picture on the right is of the fountain at Lafayette Square.
